Customers would often struggle to visualize the fabric and could not fully envision what the finished product would look like.

The Design-Your-Own section on each product page guides the user through the configuration. Once finished, shoppers can engage with their customized products in 360-views, spin, zoom, and fully inspect the product before clicking the add to cart button.

On top of the immersive 360 views, Cozey provides the opportunity to explore products with augmented reality (AR).

A prominent ‘View in your space’ button on the product page invites customers to further see if this is the right fit for their needs, thus confirming their choice.

“Innovatively, we extended the use of Chaos Cylindo with the AR experience for users to create more dynamic and engaging content,” adds Félix Robitaille, Director of Marketing at Cozey.

3. Launching new products faster with Cylindo

Cozey visualizes new products in all available configurations without the need to manufacture them first.
